What we’re about

CORAL is a space for reflection, perspective-shifting, and conscious action—individually and collectively.

It’s designed for people who want to show up more intentionally in their work, collaborations, and leadership—and who know that clarity comes when we stop performing and start listening. You don’t need a specific background—only the willingness to reflect deeply, engage honestly, and grow alongside others.

What do we do?
We host events in different formats that invite us to:

  • Observe our natural response patterns.
  • Gain fresh perspectives.
  • Design and test small, intentional actions.
  • Reflect and integrate what you learn—together with others.

This is not about becoming a “better version” of yourself. It’s about creating space to remember what you already know—and act from there.

Why CORAL?
For a long time, holding it all, alone, was part of our individual script. Do more, solve more, be more. Until one day, Ana Javi had a realization - "I saw myself: not as an island, but as part of a reef. A coral. An organism that flourishes whithin a network. An organism that is strengthened not by isolating itself, but by the diversity of relationships that cross it."

CORAL is born from this understanding: as an intimate and structured space for people who want to grow together. For those who understand that their power is not in doing everything alone, but in allowing the personal and the collective to interact in ways that honour our individuality and our interdependence.

Who hosts CORAL?

We are Ana Javi and Sara. We met hiking an active volcano in Guatemala, almost a decade ago. Ever since we've been friends, neighboors, flatmates, business partners, travelers, each other's coach, each other's cheerleader... you name it!
Our relationship has been a catalyst for growth for the both of us, sometimes through close togetherness and sometimes through lots of space. Sometimes as part of a larger reef and sometimes through one on one connection. Sometimes recognizing ourselves in the other, like a mirror; and sometimes honouring our individuality and differences.

Our friendship has been a testament to the power of expansive growth through loving holding spaces. In connection with others, yes, but also in connection with ourselves. CORAL is our a way to share this with the world.
