What we’re about

Breathe, stretch and calm down from the week. Practice will vary but we'll start with a few minutes of meditation and/or breathwork, and finish with a stretch yoga flow. I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, and a big fan of breathwork and cold plunges. I've trained with James Nestor and several Wim Hoff certified breath coaches, and can vouch for the changes these practices have brought into my life, namely calming my nervous system and reactions to the external world, thus making me a better father, husband and person all around. Join me to get grounded to the earth in the park.
The time may vary from week to week depending on the weather and prior commitments.
