Sometimes the thing we most need to learn and integrate new skills on the deepest levels is an immersive experience.
Next May, we’re going to dive into what it takes to build a radiantly happy life from the inside out and then start creating it!
There will be Intention-Setting and Old-Story Releasing Bonfires, Meditative Nature Walks, Yoga, Breath-work, Mindset Mapping, Life-Designing, and just as important as all of the deep inner work, FUN!
There's something very special about spending 3 or 4 days together doing deep, transformational work. 2024's retreat saw deep healing, friendships formed, trust built, hearts opened, new beliefs created, and plenty of love, laughter, and tears. It was so good.
In 2025, we're going even deeper! At the gorgeous Red Poppy Retreat Center in beautiful Michigan, we'll do all that we did, plus hiking, yoga, and a pool and hot tub to integrate it all in!!
