Hi Y'all! Let's gather and talk about how to create cultures and communities that meet all of our needs and leave no one behind. I think we need each other, and all our experiences to do/be this.
Some questions I've been thinking about. What individual work is necessary to create cultures where all our needs are met? What needs do we have that we wish our cultures tended better? That our community supported better? What could communities that center thriving for all look like?
