This group is beginning because of the importance of music and sound as healing power. Crystal bowl sound is a form of vibrational medicine, which validates that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration. The frequency at which a person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. A body is in a healthy state of being both emotionally and physically when each cell, each organ, and each emotional thought creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being. The purpose of this group is to create a place where one can relax, de-stress, and meditate while allowing the live vibrations of eight Chakra tuned "Singing" Quartz Crystal bowls to permeate their being. Anyone can join. If you are looking for a wonderful way to spend an evening with positive-uplifting community of like-minded members and a touch of spirituality, this Meetup Group welcomes you. Regina will offer a guided mediation sound bath with the crystal singing bowls, which offer a magical and powerful energy of healing and vibrational frequency. The 432 Hz Chakra bowls especially stimulate the heart chakra, increasing spiritual development and awareness. The sound bath will invite you to release emotional blockages, opening you up to love and possibility.
Jonathan will channel Holy Fire Reiki individually to each participant, as the Singing Bowls play… Each participant will receive the powerful life force energies to transform on all levels. Holy Fire Reiki will not burn you, it will burn what you are no longer.
Yoga mats, comfy chairs, blankets, and props provided for your use, or BYO to make your meditation comfortable.
