Premier hiking season in CT is upon us! This group combines nature, exercise, and mindfulness skills to highlight the importance of health and overall well-being. Join us as we explore CT as a group to try and benefit from the healing properties of being grounded in the outdoors. This group is not intended to treat any mental health or medical condition. It's easy to search for local resources on Google.
CT is a small state but has lots of great local hiking spots. The group is always open to suggestions of your favorite place/guesting hosting some hikes.
