Chess players and new players alike!
Twice a month in Ontario we hold a Chess classroom at the library.
The First Saturday of every month we hold an "Improve your Chess lesson", a free lesson presented with a worksheet to take home some of what you learned.
Third Saturdays every month we have a "Casual Chess" day. Players of all strengths come out and get some Over the Board games in!

As I've grown a lot of passion for the game, I would love to be able to help newer players learn chess or improve their chess at these events. Since I had not seen anything in the area and was traveling far out to get real in-person chess games, we organized this group over a year and a half ago now.
Meet like-minded people, learn something new, and enjoy the game!
