What we’re about
Cycling4Fun is a group of friendly bike lovers who can accommodate cyclists of all experience levels and happily adhere to a no-drop policy. Weekly rides are scheduled on most Saturdays from January until September and intermittent rides in other parts of the year. We focus on touring, social riding with a modest pace. Usually there are two groups, one riding at about 10 miles per hour and the other at about 20. Beginners welcome with many rides offering multiple routes for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Average ride is 30+ miles and 2,000+ feet of climbing. Weekly rides are posted on the meetup and the www.Cycling4Fun.com website which describes starting time, location, and routes. Cycling4Fun is the bay area training program for the Arthritis California Coast Classic which is usually scheduled in September. However, all riders are welcome to join our rides.
