11:30am @ Cattleman’s CafeSome Sundays, when the weather is fair, I like to go driving into the boonies where the grass is green and the cows are plenty.
I will be doing some Sunday drives and dives type event for those that want a sense of adventure in their lives. We’ll be traveling anywhere from 20-40 miles one way to these places that have history and character that you won’t find authentically inside of Dallas proper.
I’ll look for places that are at least 3.5 “good” stars or higher.
These are places that might cost more in gas than the food itself.
First stop is Cattleman’s Cafe. It’s been around almost as long or longer than your gammy and they won D Mag’s best chicken fried steak!
