The Des Plaines Public Library Hosts a wide range of events from book clubs to film screenings and discussion, trivia and game nights. Some events are in person and some are online via zoom. Join us for fun and enrichment!

Come join us for a D&D One Shot Experience at the Library! New and experienced players alike are welcome! Dice, pens, and paper will be provided, laptops available upon request.
This event will be held at the Des Plaines Public Library in Meeting Room A on the first floor.

- Walk & Talk: Animal Tracks & HabitatsCamp Ground Road Woods Entrance , Des Plaines, IL
Join us on a "Walk & Talk" program with the Forest Preserves of Cook County! We will meet at Camp Ground Road Woods for a slow-paced trail walk, discussing animal tracks and habitats. All you need is to bring yourself, some sun protection, and your walking shoes!
