What we’re about
We are a group of portrait photographers in the DFW area, who are passionate about the art and craft of portrait photography. The best way to become a great photographer is to practice as often as possible. The DFWPP will have bi-weekly studio photo shoots focused on the art of composition, lighting and posing for studio photography.
We keep the groups small to make sure there is plenty of time for shooting and interaction.
When you join the DFWPP you will get to:
· Work with best professional and amateur models in the US.
· Improve your studio lighting and natural lighting skills.
· Practice directing, posing and interacting with models.

· Join our outdoor shoots and photo walks
· Book “one-on-one” studio shoots … BYOM (bring your own model)
· Meet and network with local models and photographers.
· Build your portfolio and social media, to grow your photography business.
Shoots will be in our Downtown Plano studio, and all experience levels are welcome, although basic camera proficiency is expected.
