No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our Social Team Fitness Classes are designed to help you stay active while having a great time—no matter your fitness level. Led by our dynamic instructor Chelsea, these free classes combine exercise with a gamified twist to make movement feel fresh and fun.
Here’s what to expect:
- Team Challenges: Work in pairs, trios, or larger groups for engaging activities that keep everyone involved.

We’re switching things up! Instead of our usual Karaoke Potluck, we’re bringing you a PowerPoint Party Potluck—a night of food, laughs, and entertaining presentations where YOU set the agenda!
What to Expect:
📊 PowerPoint Party! Attendees can sign up in advance to present a short, fun, or ridiculous PowerPoint on any topic they love. Whether it’s an oddly specific deep dive, a conspiracy theory breakdown, or just a topic you’re way too passionate about, this is your time to shine.
🥘 Potluck Feast! Bring a dish or drink to share—homemade or store-bought. If you arrive empty-handed, we kindly ask that you pick something up and return to join the fun!Time:
- 7:00 PM – Arrival & Mingling
- 7:30/7:45 PM – Presentations Begin
