I create and facilitate Women's Circles, Day Retreats, Joyshops and Online Programs and Master Classes to inspire and support women of all ages on their healing and self-empowerment journey.
I live in a beautiful area with a lake, forest and mountains just 90 minutes north of Manhattan in the Hudson Valley and I thought many women in the city or other areas might not have access to this natural landscape which could benefit them deeply.
I'm an actress, filmmaker, singer, songwriter, artist, writer, yogini who has been on a spiritual healing creative journey all my life. I love to meet, inspire, and synergize with heart-centered women on their self-realization journey. My Sister Circles, Day Retreats, Programs and Joyshops offer a sacred circle of sistership where each woman will feel seen, heard and valued.
In sister circle through vulnerable sharing and compassionate listening, we realize we are not alone in our struggles and we leave the circle feeling inspired and connected.
In the summer months, I offer in-person Day Retreats and all year I offer Virtual Circles and in-person Circles that are 2.5 hrs each with different themes each month. I also offer Vision Board Joyshops, Past Life Regression, Somatic Breathwork sessions and Tarot / Oracle readings. I will also be offering Writing, Directing, Acting and Art Joyshops in the future.
The whole world is in a time of rebirth and we are co-creating a new paradigm.
Instead of a world of competition and patriarchal ideas of domination, destruction and greed, it is time for all humans to rise up together in collaboration and embody their sacred feminine and sacred masculine so we can create a better world for all. It is time for us to heal, come together and choose love and compassion.
We are the ones we've been waiting for!
Gaia and our ancestors are calling us to heal and self realize!
The Aquarian Age is causing us to heal our wounds, expand our consciousness, grow our compassion, balance our sacred feminine and sacred masculine energies to come together in community and embody our higher selves so that we can give birth to a better world.
Personally, I have experienced a great deal of Sister Wounding in my life and it caused me to lose confidence in myself but that is in the past now.
I have been on a long healing journey from sexual abuse, abandonment, betrayal and sister wounding. I finally feel I can compassionately help others now that I feel healed and empowered.
I answered the call to fulfill my soul and heart purpose which is to teach spirituality, aligned connection of heart and soul with Gaia and Divine Source, through creativity, sharing, ritual and meditation.
My spirit name is Dragonfly and I came to this life to raise my consciousness and inspire others as we navigate being spiritual souls in physical bodies on this beautiful planet, our Mother Earth.

Back in the day … The witch was the wise woman, the soothsayer, the visionary.
She could see beyond the veil, beyond this reality.
So the normal people thought she was crazy.
The patriarchy has feared the power women hold, and so they shut down the witches, the ones who were the most connected to their feminine power.
The witch hunting that peaked in the 16th century put the nail in the coffin and left a lasting mark on women worldwide.
The message was clear:
Do not speak up.Do not go against the status quo. This includes anyone using natural healing methods: midwives, herbalists, etc.
Hide your magic.
Turn your sister in.
