After an amazing opening night, we are back on the 30th of April for another fantastic speaker (and possibly a trip to the pub afterwards...)
If you are a a designer, developer, journalist or data fanatic in and around Dublin, join us in the digital hub to meet fellow practitioners and hear from those who are passionate about telling visual stories with data.
Our goal is to make data beautiful - but along the way we will also learn new skills, make new friends and maybe even start some amazing collaborations!

Data visualisation and interaction for cities and the built environment
In this talk creative technologist Oliver Dawkins shares his experience working with a wide range of interactive and immersive technologies over the past 10 years, from virtual reality to digital twins. As well as discussing the development of front-end visualisations and interfaces, Oliver will also discuss a range of approaches to the end-to-end collection, processing and communication of data, including web scraping and recent experiences coding with AI and using large language models (LLMs) for data extraction.
