What we’re about
Established originally in 2017 with a brief COVID-induced hiatus, East Bay Seniors is back in action!
We're a group of friendly 60 "plus or minus" folks who love a variety of stuff, including games, coffee, restaurants, bowling, book clubs, crafts, concerts, and exploring anything the area has to offer.
Most of us join and attend alone, but you are also welcome to bring your friendly significant other, friend, or family member! This is all about making new connections, and getting yourself out there!
My name is Marcie, and I live in the East Bay so therefore center my hosted events around there, but we are happy to accommodate meetup members from further out if anyone wants to help me host. This is a no-judgment, all-fun zone to socialize, get together and enjoy what amazing things we live near!
Upcoming events (4+)
See all- Folk / Americana Concert @ Stone Church CoffeehouseBristol's Stone Church Coffeehouse, Bristol, RI
Let's enjoy a nice concert together! Doors open at 6:45 pm, so we should get there by 6:15 for the show. I will make a reservation once I have a better idea of a headcount.
Tickets are $25, and you need to call Stone Church Coffeehouse to buy them since they sell out quickly. The number to call is (401) 253-4813.
You can BYOB, so if someone wants to bring a bottle of wine and cups, etc. Feel free! I'll come with a snack to share. Bring a thermos of coffee, water, whatever you like, or whatever you might want to share with our table. They have a small snack bar for cash as well.

Read more about The Rough & Tumble here! The Rough & Tumble aren’t casual road dogs, but they aren’t letting on, either. From their upbeat, commanding stage presence and sharp banter, to their earworm-inducing melodies and heartstring lyrics, this thriftstore Folk-Americana duo refuses to bring the haggard road-worn stereotype to their audience-- even though they’ve earned it. In fact, The Rough & Tumble have been elbowing out of most stereotypes.
The Rough & Tumble, a dynamic duo comprised of Mallory Graham and Scott Tyler, have been captivating audiences with their unique blend of dumpster-folk and thrift store-Americana for over a decade. The Pennsylvania-born Graham and Central California's Tyler have a knack for weaving together elements of joy, sorrow, comedy, and drama in their music, leaving audiences on the edge of their seats.
