What we’re about
this group is open to anyone that really wants to improve their health and lifestyle through adding more whole foods into our diets and improving our health and lifestyle. I'm a nutrition Therapist and I'm also trained in Naturopathic Therapies and I really want to share my knowledge with others as much as I can. whether your omnivores, Paleo, Mediterranean, vegan, vegetarian, WFPB, etc. or just know you need to make a change you are welcome here!
there are a few rules and one of them is to be inviting to everyone who wants to join and keep extreme viewpoints out of activities. This group is important in this time of the world to help people improve their lives.
If I get enough interest I will have an initial meet and greet. the goal is to have fun and educational activities around events that include dinning out, outdoor activities, webinars, etc. depending on what I feel will be good and what the group is requesting.

just in case you need it.I can't guarantee we'll all sit together, my ticket is in lower center row B seat 109, if you would like to sit near me or at least know where I'll be seated. If everyone would like we can meet at a local place for a quick bite beforehand, but I need to know if the group would like that in messages otherwise we can enjoy a night of fun. it's still that time of year where planning outdoor activities is challenging and I thought some fun events to keep our minds off the grey skies would be nice to keep the mood lighter during the winter
click on the link below, and a buy ticket button will show on there. it'll bring you to a page that has a map of the theatre with dots for seats, if you touch the dot for the desired seat it will allow you to buy the ticket for that seat

Interested in foraging but don’t know where to start? Get an introduction in this virtual class led by Maria of Four Season Foraging. Participants will go over general foraging guidelines, helpful tools and resources, and, of course, talk about types of wild edible plants you might encounter. Maria will focus on some common and easy-to-identify plants and mushrooms from the Upper Midwest as good introductory foraging options. Still, many of these species might also show up in other regions of North America. The common principles, resources, and ethical guidance are applicable throughout the US.
This is a live, virtual class taught through Zoom. Students need a strong internet connection and a device with video capabilities. Anyone is welcome to register for the class even if they don’t plan to attend live, as the class will be recorded, and the recording made available for all registrants for one month after class for reviewing.
