This is a group for people from all walks of life who want to discuss spirituality in an open and honest environment. Have you had out-of-body adventures, past life recall, seen inner lights and sounds - such as blue light or the sound of buzzing bees? Share your stories, adventures and experiences. Learn about spiritual exercises that can help open doors to greater love, peace and spiritual understanding.

HU is an ancient mantra known as the Sound of Soul, the Sound behind all sounds. Chanting HU can bring you into harmony with the sacred nature of the present moment. It can offer the experience of inner peace and can attune you to higher awareness.
This special Sound of Soul event begins with the opportunity to join others of like heart in a 12-minute HU Chant followed by a short contemplation. You may notice a feeling of peace, clarity and spiritual growth that comes from immersing yourself in the uplifting vibrations of HU. A facilitator-led spiritual conversation will follow the HU song.

An open-ended, casual conversation follows the HU song during which everyone will have the opportunity to share, ask questions, or just listen.
