Singing HU has been practiced for thousands of years in one form or another for inner attunement. In the same way a musician can use a tuning fork to find the right pitch, the person singing HU tunes in to a higher spiritual awareness. HU is a carrier of Love between you and God.

Learn to go inside yourself, because this is the source of all truth. There are a lot of holy temples out here, but the most sacred of all is the temple inside you, because this is where you meet the Holy Spirit, the Voice of God.

Make a strong connection with Divine Spirit by singing HU. We will demonstrate how HU is sung. Participation is optional. HU is an ancient name for God. It is also a love song to God.

Learn specific techniques for enlivening your world. Awaken to what is possible! Many throughout the ages have discovered that the vision you carry inside yourself has a profound and very practical effect on your daily life.

Already you are a being with the potential for full awareness. That being that you are is Soul. Soul is you and you are Soul. Learn techniques to fully realize yourself as the spiritual being you are---a being that has the ability to be far-seeing in a spiritually knowing way.

You as Soul have perception. You know how to be yourself. You know how to look, see, hear and know spiritually. When you know, you know.

The wonderful abilities of yourself as Soul await your discovery. One of these wonderful Soul perceptions is the ability to anticipate and avoid danger. Another Soul perception is the ability to recognize and fully participate in an opportunity.

Soul Perceptions are communications that come from deep inside you. Inside you are resources that can help protect you, help you plan your future and help you be happy and contented. Soul Perceptions enhance your life in a gentle and quiet way.

At this service, we explore the Light & Sound as parallel spiritual realities. The Light and Sound are both experienced and discussed. Experiences in the Light and Sound help many on their quest for greater love in their lives.

Awaken to the God-Knowledge Within---Spiritual Exercises to Open the Heart and Inner Vision is the topic. Dean Easton from Vermont is our officiator. An open discussion will allow all who wish it a chance to share their thoughts and feelings on the topic. If you do not wish to share, you can just listen and enjoy.

One way to experience the Light and Sound is to sing HU. Singing HU inspires love for all life. When you are inspired by spiritual love, it creates many possibilities for a better life and a better future. Spiritual love is the highest love. It wants the best for all concerned.

This online service offers a chance to explore your innate ability to know divine truth. It will include an uplifting HU Chant and an open discussion on the spiritual principles at work in our daily lives. The one-hour service will be a blend of shared insights and contemplative exercises to help you have your own experience of the Light and Sound of God.

Members of all faiths and philosophies are invited to participate in the ECK Light and Sound Service. You can join in or just listen. Both are welcome!

Your present beliefs are welcome! The focus of the Light and Sound service is pure service. The reason for introducing you to the Light and Sound is to enhance your present life. When you focus on the Light and Sound, all changes come from deep inside of you and are purely beneficial. There is no need to change anything you are presently doing that is working for you and those around you.
