What does it feel like to be embodied? Join in community to SEE and FEEL the difference of being safe and present in your body! This expressive and healing group provides the guidance and safe space to experience what it’s like feel connected and at home in your body.

Learn to trust yourself, listen to your instincts and intuition (they're different!) and be together in sacred witness of each other in growth, empowerment and self love!

Embodiment is all about tapping into the physical, giving your mind a rest and learning to tune into your body's intelligence. The group is led by Sterling Rose, an embodiment mentor, breathwork instructor, medicine woman and retreat leader. Sterling will share a variety of techniques to get you out of your head and into your body. She will speak on the spirit/human connection and the process of tapping into body wisdom.

Community! 
Embodiment in community heightens the experience with sacred witness, cultivating a group of support to connect into. As we build, learn and express together we will feel the energetic shifts collectively. Each session will include time for shares, questions and discussion!
