✈️ Calling all travel enthusiasts! Epic Escapes Travel Group is a social group tailored for travelers who live in The Villages.
Our group is all about traveling together! We don’t just spend time discussing travel ideas and advertising trips, instead, we focus on working together to plan and host trips that allow us to travel as a Village’s community 💫. Life is just too short so our trips are the type that are truly life-changing and unforgettable! And, if you are tired of waiting on your friends to finally say “yes” to traveling, then you will be a great fit for our group.
👭🧍♀️We welcome both Solo Explorers and Dynamic Duos as our trips are designed for all types of travelers! If you are a solo traveler, no worries as we have a large number of solo travelers in our group so you will never be a “third wheel” on our trips! We also have a great roommate matching service if you are looking for a travel companion.
We offer both small and large group trips, however, we tend to focus on smaller, more intimate group trips as these foster deeper connections and provide better camaraderie, which often leads to lasting friendships and great memories!
📆 We host local Mix & Mingles so that you will have a chance to learn more about our trips and meet the other travelers before embarking on a trip. Our events are member-driven so if you have a great trip or event suggestion and would like to host a Mix & Mingle event, please let us know!

Epic Escape Travel Group (EEG) is a partner of TT50+. TT50+ began in 2019 and has had tremendous success with 14,000+ members, approx. 2,500+ travelers on over 40 group trips in the last 5 years. Their travel coordinators, our travel advisors, are experts at planning trips that cater to our age group’s interests. At times, our groups will travel together in order to have even more opportunities for travel and for making new travel friends.

Monteverde’s variable climate and high altitude has produced extreme biodiversity. The area is home to over 100 species of mammals, more than 400 species of birds, thousands of insect and plant species, and the largest number of orchids in the world.
