Satisfied Eye Cinema Club returns for its monthly club with legendary director Darren Aronofsky's debut feature film Pi.
A favourite of the Oscars with such films as Black Swan, The Wrestler and The Whale, Aronofsky launched his career with this astonishing, idiosyncratic thriller.
This startling feature film debut of the much-lauded director is an edge of your seat, mind-bending sci fi thriller about a brilliant mathematician trying to crack the numerical patterns behind the stock market who finds his life threatened when he uncovers a secret for which everyone is willing to kill.
With a pulsating soundtrack, we can also thank Aronofsky for introducing the world to the incredible skills of composer Clint Mansell who also made his debut on this movie, before collaborating regularly with Aronofsky and enjoying his own stellar career.
