What we’re about
Are you a Euchre lover? Midwest transplant? Card enthusiast? or just looking to make more friends? If so, you've found your group! We welcome all skill levels of play and strive to be a fun inclusive group. We play at various locations around the city on different nights of the week, including some weekend meetups.
In-Person Playing Guidelines:
· Initial deal decided by "1st Black Jack"
· Cards are dealt in clockwise order
· Person to the left of the dealer starts play
· No Deal Stealing
· No Partners Best, Farmers Hands or 9’s & 10s
· Stick the dealer
· Players MUST rotate, we don’t allow partners to stay together
Points:
Bidding Team wins 3 or 4 tricks = 1pt
Bidding Team Wins 5 tricks = 2pts
Going alone and wins 3 or 4 tricks = 1pt
Going alone and wins 5 tricks = 4pts
Euchred: Non-bidding team wins 3 or more tricks = 2pts

Join us for some cheese curds and a Saturday Fall Euchre Meetup at Hamilton's Bar & Grill! It's located next to the Department of Labor with metro stops at Judiciary Square (red line) and Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter (green line), and limited street parking. We're starting a little earlier then our weekday meetups since it's a Saturday (6:00 pm). Kitchen closes at 9:00 pm and we need to be wrapped up and out around 9:30 pm.
