Eugene: Close-to-Home Mini Adventures

This group is for busy adults who'd really like to get out and hike and/or kayak, but find it too time consuming to commit to an all day expedition or to regularly drive a longer distance to do these things.

As a newcomer to Eugene, I'm blown away by how many fantastic hiking and kayaking options there are right in town! Let's get out there and have mini adventures that don't require major adjustments to the schedule.

These meetups will generally be a mere 15-20 minutes (or less) from downtown, and can be wrapped up in an hour or two. The goal is to be able to enjoy the activity on a weeknight after work, or maybe a Saturday morning, and then still have the rest of the day to get our "adulting" stuff done.
