Kirtan Immersion is a group meditation from the yoga tradition incorporating heart-opening mantras and uplifting music, song and dance for healing and purification on the deepest level.
Considered the most potent form of meditation in this day and age, it has the power to transport you into another world—a world of love, inner peace, freedom and true connection.
As you’re enveloped in hearing and singing Transcendental Sound, you’ll be able to let go of all worries, truly rest your heart and mind, and allow the unconditional love and wisdom that resides within you to shine through.
Everyone is welcome, even if this is your first time at kirtan! For those who’ve attended previous events, our vibe for this event will be more restful and contemplative than previous programs. As we head into the winter months, come for an opportunity to settle into a nourishing and restorative practice of mantra meditation.
We’ll open with a breathing meditation to take you deep into a meditative space. Then, ride a wave of transcendental sound that takes you out of your head and into your heart. This group singing meditation is accompanied by a live mantra band and led by kirtan leaders who have dedicated their lives to this sublime practice. We’ll finish with a guided meditation that will take you deep into the core of your heart to connect with the Supreme, the source of unconditional love.
Beginners highly encouraged, all ages, voices and experiences welcome!
