Hello Everyone!

Please join us for a spring picnic in Green Park! 🌷🌞🌸 We'll post the exact location on the day, but also look out for the flag with the ADHD butterfly symbol 🦋

If anyone is lost, just post in the comment section of the event and we'll come and find you!

We have several friendly hosts that will greet you and introduce you to the other members. Please bring your own food and drinks, there are several local shops nearby.

We will provide some blankets, board games and outdoor activities but feel free to bring your own! ✨

The picnic technically ends at 8:00 but Green Park doesn't close until midnight so it's likely that we will stay later, or move to a local pub to keep the party going 🎉

I’m currently listening to *Steal Like an Artist* on Audible and I’m hooked. It’s one of those rare books that actually speaks to the ADHD brain—short, visual, easy to dip in and out of, and packed with creative truth bombs.
We ADHDers are *meant* to be creative, right? But let’s be real:

In this session, we’ll:

- Share what resonated
- Talk ADHD-friendly ways to actually use the advice
- Partner up (if you want) to support each other in creating again
I’ll also be grabbing the physical copy because this one’s worth flipping through over and over.
