4. Snacks: Energy bars, fruits like oranges, dates, apples, and bananas to stay energized (optional)
5. Clothing: Comfortable sportswear suitable for warm weather; Extra T-shirt/Top to change into after the hike for the drive back

7. Identification: Emirates ID or Visa copy

Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Non-Refundable Payment: Payment ensures your participation and is used to cover event expenses based on confirmed headcount. Once made, payments are non-refundable, even in case of cancellations or no-shows, as arrangements are finalized in advance.
- Carpool Reimbursement: Participants helping with carpooling will be reimbursed for fuel expenses based on the number of additional people they accommodate in their vehicles. Specific reimbursement amounts will be communicated by the organizers.
- Commitment to Attendance: By making the payment, you agree to participate fully in the event. Late cancellations or no-shows affect the group experience and planning, so please RSVP responsibly.
