What we’re about
We are a group of women with varied interests. Our one common trait is that we like to have fun! If you are looking to meet some friendly, active and fun-loving women, this is the group for you.
We take turns hosting and planning events for our members. We have over 70 members so we have a lot of different events - meeting up for lunch, movies, museums, plays, walks, picnics, tours, beach days, road trips and the list goes on. Whatever you’re interested in doing can become a Meetup event. The Fabulous Females is what you make of it. The goal is to have a community of women who enjoy getting together, building friendships and having fun.
Membership dues are $12 annually after your 30 day free trial. These dues help pay for the Meetup site, fees to cover special events, etc. Dues need to be paid after your 30 day free trial. You will be notified when your your annual dues are due and arrangements will be made to pay organizer in person, by mail or electronically.
We do have a few rules to help us stay organized, but we are fun and easy to get along with!
- Each member is required to host 1 event, and attend 3 per calendar.
- You are responsible to keep all your RSVPS up to date.
- You are responsible to check for waitlist changes.
- Repeat Cancellations or No-Shows = dismissal from the group.
- Not paying dues or Non activity = Dismissal from the group.
- You are also responsible to make sure you are receiving notifications.
