Welcoming all Women Golfers- All Levels!
Get outside, enjoy the weather, socialize, have fun and improve your golf game.
The Fairchild Wheeler Women’s Club celebrates over 65 years and our purpose remains ever true: promote the spirit of fun times among women golfers and to acquaint all members with the rules of the game and courtesy on the course.
New members are paired with liaisons to welcome you; acquaint you with the course, different options to play and the benefits of joining the league. Come play a round with us!
The 2 different options to play include:
#1. Open play for all levels – play9 or play18 weekday and weekend options.
#2. League play* - establish a handicap and play in fun weekly challenges.
*League annual dues include:
• Weekday and weekend preferred tee times
• Ghin# - allows you to establish your handicap (don't worry we all have one)
• Weekly games where you can earn a payout for net/gross result,
• Compete at your level – challenge yourself
• Play two different, beautiful courses
• Rental Electric Golf Carts
• Special Club Resident green fee rate
Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course is located at 2390 Easton Turnpike, Fairfield CT 06825 / Bridgeport Fairfield Line near Sacred Heart University.

—————————————————————-Sunday afternoon is one of the best times for golf! We encourage newer golfers who have:
- Experience playing rounds on a golf course
- Advance the ball forward
- Familiar with the basic rules of golf
- Keep pace with the group ahead
Our Women’s League welcomes you to join us for a fun Sunday afternoon.

Tee Times start at 2:00pmJoin us for a round of golf, check out the course, and meet other women golfers.
Remember if your game is a little rusty, this is a good way to get back in and play 9. You can choose, play from the red tees or play a modified 9 holes, meaning that you tee off at the 150 marker. This format is great for beginners.As a welcome, we'll pair you with a mentor; to get acquainted with the course, learn about the different options to play and the benefits of league play.
Tee Times - arrive 30 mins before your tee time, pay at the Pro Shop and
