What we’re about
Hello!
This group is here to offer support and encouragement to each other through sharing and actively seeking out healing for ourselves / family / court and everything related to our battles.
The darkest place for me and others is often times family court and custody battles maybe even a restraining order.
It has a way of striping every illusion on how we thought the world operated.
It can have an absolutely heartbreaking and soul crushing effect on our entire world and everything we thought we knew.
What if ....maybe we could flip this... what if this very painful and humiliating experience could be turned into the very catalyst that changes us into more beautiful powerful people?
What if our gift to our children is not what we planned or thought it would be. What if our legacy as parents is to remake ourselves into something new/healthy/inspiring after everything broke?
Do you relate to the movie EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE AT THE SAME TIME?
This group is to encourage each other. We may not have all the answers on how to change the family court issues but we can try and choose to focus on positive things to help encourage change or
```Wu-Wei~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
( One of Taoism’s most important concepts is wu wei, which is sometimes translated as “non-doing” or “non-action.” A better way to think of it, however, is as a paradoxical “Action of non-action.” Wu wei refers to the cultivation of a state of being in which our actions are quite effortlessly in alignment with the ebb and flow of the elemental cycles of the natural world. It is a kind of “going with the flow” that is characterized by great ease and awareness, in which—without even trying—we’re able to respond perfectly to whatever situations arise. )Quote from unknown author
I figure out that all the natural ways of taking on a challenge do not necessarily apply to family court sooooooooo sometimes the best thing to do is give up........
Take a break and explore ourselves through the use of vibrations / music / meditation / breath-work / laughing / art therapy.
I am not a certified teacher I am just a parent who is rising above the ashes of my broken dreams.... Only to truly find myself for the very first time in my life....... So wow!
What was the most painful experience in my life has turned out to be the biggest gift.
