See all- Korean BBQ Balcony Picnic in WeHo HillsNeeds location
This event is full. But I will be hosting more of these through the summer and fall. To look for them, and to RSVP, please join our new home on the internet: community.FFF50.org
The return of comfortable weather brings the return of the monthly (more or less) balcony picnic at my home. There will be a topic we can all relate to for conversation starters. And there will be Korean rice bowls to choose from, and drinks.
FFF>50 has moved to a newer, better, and private location on the web. The new location is private, so you can feel safe creating a member profile and uploading a profile picture that shows your face. This is a requirement now because on our new platform, you can search for members who live near your, or who share your interests. Kind of like a platonic dating site....but with events, clubs, and discussion boards.]

- Rufus Wainwright's RequiemWalt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles, CA
See/hear it here performed in Berlin with Meryl Streep narrating. Jane Fonda will be the narrator when we see it.
The LA Master Chorale presents the highly anticipated U.S. premiere of Rufus Wainwright’s Dream Requiem. Dream Requiem merges two long standing creative visions — Wainwright’s fascination with Byron's poem Darkness, depicting global upheaval after the 1815 Mount Tambora eruption, and his lifelong admiration for the great Requiems of Verdi, Berlioz and Britten. This powerful and evocative modern-day requiem, with sublime harmonies and emotive storytelling, is an opulent composition that seamlessly weaves together Wainwright’s distinctive musical voice with the timeless liturgy of the Latin Requiem Mass.
