This is a new group for down to earth and friendly Horsham individuals to get together for socializing, making new friends and generally having some fun! If you want to get out of the house and meet new people then this is the place for you. So if your new to the town or have lived in the area your whole life and would just like the opportunity to make some new friends please feel free to join.

Currently there is no overriding agenda for the group other than to share good company and make new friends. Nights out, restaurants, local walks, coffee and cinema get events are all possibilities, but any suggestions are welcome. This group is aimed at friendly and positive people, who just want to get out and about. Just to clarify, although some relationships have formed through people coming to our events we are not specifically a dating group.

When joining please can you provide a clear profile picture of yourself so that hosts can recognise you at events.

Please remember hosts arrange events in their free time and are not employed by Meet Up, RSVPs should be changed if members can no longer attend events. If there are two no shows members will be removed from the Group.

The idea is to keep this group as active as possible.

Brighton & Hove Fun Dining with Friends

With so many places to eat, drink and be merry in Brighton & Hove, we have created a Group to make full use of what the City has to offer. We aim to bring together people with interesting conversation at events with good food, washed down with wine or other drinks, in pubs, restaurants and even some pop up places around town. Our members tend to be aged 40+ but age is not the driver. Membership is free with no event fees, as this is NOT money making activity. As you would expect, you pay for what you consume at each event. The Organiser retains the right to determine the membership of this Group. We are always looking for more people willing to act as hosts - please contact the organiser if you are interested We do expect members to manage their own social diaries & attend events if they RSVP Yes or if Waitlisted, to monitor the list to see if they get lucky. We have a Group policy which is on the Pages Section to explain the way we ask members to operate with us. B&H LGBTQ+ services meet up

An informal monthly meet up for those working in groups, projects, and organisations, however big or small, that provide specific support, services or benefit for individuals within the LGBTQ+ communities in Brighton & Hove. No agenda, no speeches or talks, just good coffee (other beverages are available), cake ( other food and savoury snacks also available) and the opportunity to meet up with other services and service providers. There may even be some entertainment. The regular meet ups will be arranged for the **third Friday of each month, from 5pm to 7pm.** **We just ask three things:** * Please wear a name badge with your name and which project/organisation/group that you´re involved with (we will have badges for you) * Please speak to at least one other person that you don´t already know ( and more if possible) * Please, if you or your organisation can afford it, donate £5 toward The Ledward Centre running costs

These body & mind practices are easy to learn and result in increased body awareness, coordination and strength and health. Qigong and Tai Chi forms consist of a series of moves done in a slow continuous flow. Unlike exercise which relies on muscular force and tension, the graceful movements of Qigong and Tai Chi emphasize relaxation, flow, and true balance.
