A Meetup group for young people in York. Are you in or around your twenties? Perhaps you've moved here for work, perhaps you've always been here but your friends have moved elsewhere? Or have you recently graduated and you're just not sure what to do with yourself?

The first step is joining the meetup. All of our events will be posted on the meetup site, so make sure you are a member there and you can see the full range of our events available. Which leads us nicely to...

The third and hardest step is turning up to that first event, but don't worry we have all been there! I promise you all the regulars are just as nervous and excited to meet you as you are them! If you are nervous then feel free to join our facebook group:

On there you can write a message to say hello to our members, or you can simply just have a look and see if you are mutual friends with anyone in the group.

As an organizer group we love newbies, and the best events are always the ones with lots of new faces. If you are nervous about your first event then feel free to post on the event or direct message an organizer and we will do everything we can to help you make the most of the meetup.

We are an active group that thrives on participation, our events are only as fun as you make them! If there is an event or meetup you would like to host then speak to an organizer at one of our regular events and they will happily assist you.
