Join us to hear about high-end data science techniques to protect against and to detect malicious cyber activities. Each meetup includes talks by domain experts in the industry and academia. So come to learn, meet, share!
Our talks are all professional talks for data scientists who are struggling with DS and ML problems at their day to day work.
How does it all start?
Many of Microsoft’s Cyber Security solutions are developed at its Israel R&D Center from Herzelia, Tel-Aviv, Haifa and Nazareth. The need to collaborate cross a large variety of products and locations emerged a new internal community of data scientists working on cyber security products like Azure Security Center (ASC), Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS), Windows Defender and more. That internal data science community meet often to learn one from each other new ways to better protect their customers using machine learning, data science and statistical methods.
But why not sharing with more people? CyberML mission is to empower the Israeli community dealing with these kind of problems by being a learning center, a place to meet new people struggling with similar issues and being a platform for knowledge sharing. Let's make sure together the next big thing in cyber defense comes from the Israeli eco-system.
