Donald Hughes will be leading an hour long qi gong class. Qi gong is a gentle movement and breatjing exercise designed to improve health and relaxation. Donald Hughes is a licensed acupunctirist who has over 25 years experience training in qi gong and soft style martial arts.

 Facilitated by Annie Blackstone, the HCH Shamanic Certification teacher, these meet ups are open to everyone. We welcome those hearing the call to explore Shamanism, who have yet to experience shamanic journeying and those who regularly travel to the unseen worlds. Our Sunday evening journeying groups are a good opportunity to experience Shamanic journeying and /or to deepen your practice of journeying. Our Thursday evening circles have a specific topic and we will use a variety of  shamanic techniques as well as journeying. 

Many people find they go deeper faster when they journey in a supportive group. Each Sunday evening meeting we will have a short introduction of the practice of journeying, create sacred space, and then journey to live drumming. We will usually journey twice unless otherwise noted in class description. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences, if you like between, journeys. Thursdays will be more topic and group driven.

I have a 10 year old who is a Therian in the Diablo Valley. We are looking for other Therians between the ages of 9-14 who can meet up locally (bring an adult.) My therian is interested in mask making, dressing up, quadrobics, and all things related. All theriotypes welcome.

Mix and Mingle with international female travelers, au pairs/nannies and local women who are new in town (or have been here for a while but are just looking to expand their social circle). This group is dedicated to the healing of the mind, body and spirit. Through constellation work participants can connect to their own ancestors. Participants can find resolution to the places in life that are stuck, whether this is with success, romantic relationships, family, career or finances. 

When the family system is a good order, love flows to us and success comes to us. When the family system is stuck, life can be a struggle. The family system can be tangled from any unresolved trauma from past generations, known or unknown to members of the family. Unresolved trauma could be a sibling that died in childhood, a parent that lost their parent at an early age, a grandfather surviving WWII. The unresolved trauma lives on in the family soul. This can block us from success, health, romantic relationships, career and finances we desire in life. 

If you are experiencing blocks that you can't associate to anything specific, Or if you are experiencing blocks that stems from an undefined sadness, this group may be for you. Find the deep peace and relief from family constellations.

A coding club that is currently on hiatus. 

We’re all about having fun and meeting new friends. What makes this meetup unique is that we ask each attending member to bring someone single of the opposite sex with you to each event so that we have a balance of men and women.

Our hope is to provide opportunities to meet East Bay singles and their friends over 50 in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. No speed anything, no on-line profiles, no swipes; just fun activities that we hope will lead to new friendships and maybe more. Hikes, games, day trips, concerts, explore the Bay, you name it. We’re totally open to suggestions as to new activities.

Maybe you know Ms. or Mr. Wonderful for another Meetup Member. So bring someone that you think would be a “great catch” for some lucky guy or gal.
