I have experienced a life of ups and downs where life was good, and at times hard! After a 21-year marriage I was left heartbroken by betrayal.  I then entered a season of singleness in my 40’s and had to learn how to date again after my last date was in high school! (Deer in headlights look) I then found myself navigating corporate world while trying to turn a “job” into a “career.”Truly, the empty nest and a rebellious teen are a real thing!  And of course, two big moves requiring me to start over again!  New job. New friends.  New church.  New community.  Oh, and a new me! This journey has taught me resilience, compassion, confidence, and the value of living life to the fullest – one day at a time because life is truly what we make it! In life we sometimes need a coach! I am a certified coach through IPEC.

This group is for people who are 45 and up who would like to meet new friends and get to know more people in the area. If you do not live near the beaches, you are still welcome to join us. We will be getting together for fun social activities like happy hour, going to to the beach, meeting for dinner, going to tiki bars, outdoor walks, etc.. We might venture outside of the beaches area occasionally to St. Augustine, Southside, Ponte Vedra, or other places. Group rules: 1\.
