Description: The Flint Area Innovation & Entrepreneurship Meetup Group attracts entrepreneurs, investors, social media guru's, graphic and game designers, computer programmers and developers, and cool people from all walks of life. Flint Area Coders: Our coding Meetup is an ongoing platform for Flint area individuals to explore, learn, and present their coding progress. We will gather together every month for mini lessons & update one another on coding development. We hope that the meetup will encourage and nurture unforeseen collaborations between like-minded individuals & we encourage you to join! Come meet others in the community are interested in learning how to code & hanging out with us!

This is for writers in the greater Oakland, MI area looking for an inclusive group of fellow writers. 

Writing is a business, but it's also an art form, and this group is designed to focus on the art & artist. (I know that sounds lame, but at the same time, don't you like that I just called you an artist?)

This is a community of writers looking to support each other through critique, write-in sessions, and community. There'll be meetings in Troy and Rochester for teens and adults.

Want to reconnect with Earth, eat healthy, get exercise, learn new skills, and meet great people? This is a group for folks interested in sharing knowledge on foraging and living from the land. All skill levels and ages are welcome. We hold a variety of classes for our members. The topics of these classes are chosen based on member interest and range from edible and medicinal plant walks to mushroom growing to cooking classes to tanning and primitive tool making. Fees for these classes will vary.

Due to the nature of our activities, some of our events are held in areas that are not accessible to those with limited mobility. This will be noted in the event description. We never want to exclude anyone from classes due to cost, so if you cannot afford the fee please contact the instructor to discuss barter or work study.

The intent behind this group is to get together with individuals of all experience levels with similar goals and interest to network, get advice, direction, mentorship and possible collaboration. We will get together each month to either discuss a particular topic in real estate investing or chat over local changes that could possibly affect your investment portfolio. Rather you are seeking to purchase your first investment, looking for advise on property management, doing fix and flips, or wholesaling. Whatever it is this is the place where you can network and ask anything you would like.
