OpenStreetMap is Wikipedia for maps. Anybody can edit the data, and there are many applications that use it. Application developers find it useful because *all* of the underlying data is available (unlike Google Maps), with few restrictions, all for free. Everyday people enjoy contributing to OpenStreetMap by keeping their area of the map up to date. It can be a hobby, it can be a social activity, and it's fulfilling to see your changes show up on the map knowing that others can use it in the future. We welcome anybody who is interested in learning about how to contribute to or use OpenStreetMap, and anyone who wants to get together with others who are already contributing. We will have editing parties which will start with a tutorial for anybody new, and involve walking around town adding features to the map. For programmers or data nerds we can have more technical meetups talking about how to use the data for projects. And maybe an occasional simple meet and greet with no agenda.

Trailblazers was formed as a result of unmarried people looking for a singles social group involved in a variety of fun activities. Trailblazers provide a wide range of activities for single adults as well as opportunities to meet new friends. It also gives a sense of community and comradery. The club is not a dating service however. Trailblazers has no political or religious orientations. The club is propelled by member involvement at the monthly meetings and other events. The Trailblazers can be found hamming it up at the zoo, attending murder mysteries, bowling, or just holding serious discussions about topics of interest. They hold picnics at least four times a year, and have elaborate parties, some in masquerade. Trailblazers isn't a singles club for those who like to meet once a month for a meal and then go home to watch the early evening news. This is a book club for people who love reading fiction, with a slight lean towards Fantasy and Sci-fi. We'll meet in-person once a month and discuss a book we all read. The way we decide on books is whoever shows up to an event can offer up a book for us to read next and pitch it to the group. If you sell us on it, it will be the next month's read. While Fantasy and Sci-fi are the main genres, I'm down to read other fiction outside these genres as well, so feel free to suggest books outside those genres.
