All members who join are required to post a real picture on the site for safety reasons. After a 60-day trial period the cost is $5.00 annually. The purpose of this group is for people looking to start new friendships. I do find it hard to make friends as an adult. I basically have no friends and tired of missing out on fun things because I don't want to do them alone. I am hoping to make new friends and who knows, maybe we all will be BFF's. We're a group of women over 50 who like to do things together and make new friends. Anyone who identifies as female is welcome. Events include walks and hikes, arts and crafts (making them or seeing them on display), music and movies, talks and workshops, or coffee and tea. The majority of our events will be in Philadelphia. Some of our members are sober, so while alcohol will sometimes be served at events, we don't choose events that revolve around drinking.
