Long Island Riders Group was founded for riders interested in sharing their passion for the sport of motorcycling. Have you traveled to NYC on a bike? Want to have lunch in New Paltz? How about camping in Lake Placid? Or how about a great ride on Long Island to a new place or an old favorite? L.I.R.G. wants to bring together riders who share a passion for exploring life, meeting new friends, and navigating the world on two wheels. Motorcycling is not just about the bikes. It’s about the journeys we take and memories we form along the way. Join us and help create a lasting group of friends.

Thank you for your interest in LIRG. LIRG is for riders who are both experienced or just starting out. It is open to all makes and model cruisers. When Membership is granted its understood that you ride at your own risk. Our Long Island 9-12 Project Tea Party Patriots Meetup group has been set up to gather like minded patriotic individuals living on Long Island who are equally concerned about the future of our country and who will commit to pro-actively participate in the defense and the preservation of our Constitution and the national identity and sovereignty of our republic.

The Mattituck-Laurel Civic Association is a community-based advocacy group interested in solving the issues that can affect this community.

Our mission is to preserve and protect this area’s character and its environment, and its agricultural and maritime heritage. The association is a place for all citizens to express and explore their concerns about the community and join others to resolve those concerns. Our interest is in observing and participating in public processes and, when appropriate, advocating a public position on matters that are important to this community.

Meeting are during the evening of the last Wednesday of each month.

There is nothing better than watching a movie and talking about it afterwards over some delicious munchies. I want to meet anyone who is interested in catching a flick either during the week or over the weekend. And don't worry, you don't have to prepay for tickets to save a spot or answer a million questions to get in the group. We're a group of movie-lovers who just want to hang and catch a flick with other laid-back and fun people. There won't be any specific genre we'll be sticking to, just any new, old, exciting, interesting, domestic and foreign, creative, hyped, talked-about or winning films.

Fall is my favorite time... where to get to see Mothers Nature dressed in her full glory as you travel to..Brimfield Antiques, North Americas Largest Fair, Thimble Islands Sea Cruise, Visit the witches in Salem for a Day and/or Overnight trips, Boston Overnight with a Boat Cruise and Theater, Tiffany Glass, Yankee Candle Village, Cracker Barrel,.
And let’s not forget Winter for all you Ski Buffs... and for the Holidays... Newport's Holiday Mansions and a Ride on the North Pole Express.
We start out on the PJ ferry... which takes us to Bridgeport CT... we board a bus and off we go.... to our.....there’s something for everyone.
Every once in a while...there maybe a trip to a place on the island... perhaps NYC and possibly west to Jersey or Philly... if there's someplace you would like to go... an event to see... a festival to enjoy...let us know... we are here to make you happy.

This group is for anyone interested in learning more about the physical, emotional and mental benefits of Reiki and for those who would like to experience mini-treatments through Reiki shares and Reiki circles. Through group discussions, hands-on mini-sessions, workshops, meditations and occasional local field trips to inspirational sites, we will bring the gentle Reiki energy into our lives to enlighten our paths. Oh, and we will meet like-minded people and share good times in the process!

This group is operated by Patchogue-Medford Library 6/18/2020. This group is for anyone who believes learning is not confined to a school or ends with a degree. We will be organizing events to help people learn new skills, engage over important issues and learn something new. Our kindred spirits are people who choose to better themselves in various ways and who are open to new ideas. We will be working with local community organizations to deliver these events as cheaply as possible and for free whenever we can.

Contact Left is a Veterans group designed to empower, inspire and support veterans through opportunities, guest speakers and access to resources. This is a place to post opportunities, resources, events and to network and build a stronger community. Join our community and stay informed.
