Heights Running Club

Heights Running Club is being formed to bring together runners in the Heights for group runs. No longer just run alone or with a friend. Make new friends, run together through the beautiful homes, neighborhoods, and parks of Shaker and Cleveland Heights in a very manageable 3-mile run.

Runs will take place Sundays at 8am. We will meet out front of Strive Mental Health and Wellness on 3435 Lee Rd in Shaker Heights.

There is free 1-hour street parking, with additional parking in the rear parking lot. There is water, a cubby to put your belongings(building will be locked during the run), a bathroom, a shower room, and a group fitness space that can be used for stretching, core fitness, or post-run workouts. There is a drink fridge with a variety of drinks for sale, including Hint water and coconut water.

In advance of major long-distance runs, there will be the opportunity to increase distance and train for longer events, though there will always be a 3-mile option for every run.
