The purpose of this group is for people looking to start new friendships. I do find it hard to make friends as an adult. I basically have no friends and tired of missing out on fun things because I don't want to do them alone. I am hoping to make new friends and who knows, maybe we all will be BFF's. Girlies! Do you find it tough to meet friends in a comfortable and easy way? I set out to make this group so women can meet friends without the pressure of planning a date, keeping the conversation flowing, and having those awkward break-the-ice moments 😭 All you have to do is just show up with a bunch of other girls looking to make lifelong friends, have some food or just a coffee, and chat! The premise of this group is that we will host frequent, small intimate gatherings of 10-15 people so that there are enough people to have great conversation flowing but not so many people that the group breaks up into many smaller sub-groups. Smaller subgroups prevent people from adequately meeting everyone and can make it hard for introverts to join in the conversation. As an introvert myself I find having a good conversation and meeting friends in a large group is just as awkward as being one on one! This group accepts people of all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, etc. This group will be a safe space for women of any background and hate will not be tolerated in any form!
