Welcome to the Harrisburg Parents of Tweens and Teens Social Club—a group I’ve created where parents and teens can come together to build meaningful relationships and support. My goal is to provide a fun, safe space where tweens and teens can socialize, make new friends, and participate in exciting activities. At the same time, parents can connect, share experiences, and support one another through the unique journey of raising teenagers. Join me for outings, discussions, and events designed to foster growth and connection for both teens and their families.

Life is probably looking different now, but that’s ok. Doesn’t mean we can’t make connection easy for you again. Before we get into what kind of events we do, a little bit about who we are. This friends group is a place where you can be known, understood, and accepted. Where people ask you how you are doing and genuinely want to know the answer. We welcome all ages and people from all walks of life. Our purpose is to connect the community in a positive way. Ladies, are you in your 30's, 40's, 50’s or beyond and realized your friends have moved away or are too busy with their kids, you simply fell out of touch, or you're new to the area? There is an annual due of $3 after you join. This is a chance to make new connections, meet someone like you and have some friendship fun! On a Monday each month at 7PM, people get to discuss or demo something cool to Central PA's tech community (geeks, designers, marketers, investors, entrepreneurs, etc).

Calling all Childfree Couples, lifelong partners/spouses who haven't had kids or your kids are grown, are finding the fun in life together, and want to make some friends that are similar to you. This is a group for meeting other couples like you - that just want to enjoy some dinners, unfiltered conversations, and outings with no children around and without having to discuss school districts, childbirth, or diapers. Yes...it does exist! Events/outings may include a variety of things, but please make suggestions! Some meetups may include: dinners, escape rooms, movies, game nights, local events, crafting, hiking. I will try to balance these out all throughout Central PA. Lastly - not all couples are interested in the same events/hobbies. It is more than ok for only one of you to come to an event! Nothing is worse than having someone unwilling to participate or miserable because they don't have an interest in what we are doing! Interested in adventure programs?  We go rappelling, hiking, rock climbing, camping, kayaking, bouldering, ghost walks and more!  If you need to improve or maybe learn map and compass skills try one of the classes.  The big event is a July SERE course. Plus, business networking happens almost every meet up.  All skills levels are welcome. I started this group to meet other outdoor enthusiasts, support Vets and future service members.  So if you are looking forward to exploring the PA outdoors and even some spots in MD & WV go for an adventure.

We are a friendly and welcoming group of women from Mount Gretna and nearby communities in Lebanon and Lancaster county who enjoy getting together in the outdoors, mostly for hiking on area trails. This group was started several years ago after I moved to this area and realized there was an abundance of hiking trails in a close proximity, but being new to the area I was lacking anyone other than my husband with whom to hike. Over the past year I haven't been able to lead many hikes due to family issues, but now I'm hoping to rev things back up and get more hikes posted on a regular basis. Our hikes are generally close to home and relatively short so we can fit outdoors, exercise, and good conversation into our busy lives.
