Meetings are from 10 am to 12 noon on Tuesdays. During COVID Storkbites was offered on Zoom. We're back to meeting in person again and now in our new location in Mt Lebanon. Storkbites is a place for new moms to meet and talk about all the ways their lives have changed. Each group for 6 weeks, then we take a break, and start a new group, usually at the start of the odd months (January, March, May, etc) Topics we touch on are the many changes in your body, emotions, sleep, financial circumstances, family relationships; your relationship with your partner; self care; babywearing; pediatric visits; postpartum depression/anxiety; your labor and delivery experience; and a final session focusing on what's next for you (return to work, staying at home full time, if and when you'd like to have another baby.) Storkbites is a place to find friendship. You have the opportunity to learn from each other. This is a volunteer effort--there is no charge and we are not selling anything. All participants should be free of illness. If you are interested in joining a group, you can either send an email to storkbitespa@gmail.com or text me at 412-445-3123 You can also see us on Facebook at [https://www.facebook.com/groups/storkbitesmoms/](https://www.facebook.com/groups/storkbitesmoms/)
