I would like this group to be on activities for people who don’t have any friends or have friends but looking to meet new friends. I am starting this group because when I moved here had a hard time making solid friends. I will make fun activities for sure!

Hello... This group was created out of the sheer need for a singles group/meet up site for adults of all ages...the young and the young at heart (Starting @ age 21 to ??? in age.) in the Kitsap co. and surrounding areas.                                                                                                                                               

The idea of this group is based on meeting new single people locally and to organize and hold events throughout the year (exclusively for singles); Such as dances, hikes, karaoke night outs, ladies nites out, BBQ's/grill outs, trivia nites, educational seminars, the symphony, bowling, holiday parties, skate nite, snowtubing, skiing, dining out to different types of cuisine, movie nights, member b-day dinner and dance, and much, much more...

This is not a Dating site by all means and not meant for that purpose but as you attend events and meet new friends... Well.... You never know what might happen....!!!! You just never know unless you join us and experience the fun firsthand...    :o)

Are you bad at art? But really want to create a habit of drawing, needlework, or writing? Are you good at art but just want to enjoy our beautiful parks and meet new people? Do you like casual/moderate board games? My name is Daniel. I'm a young professional and I suck at art. But I have a lot of ideas and I love board games. This is a positive group wanting to get creative, make new friends and be in nature. We are NOT an instructional/teaching group. The plan is to meet up an hour at least twice a month in different north Kitsap parks (open to suggestions) and start working on our own projects, socialize, and occasionally play board games. Bring scrap paper, pens, pencils, embroidery, tablets, canvas, notepads, clipboards, whatever you would like to work on. We will try to use tables and benches but bring blankets if you'd like to be on the grass. This group is open to adults of any age.

Bring your copies (hard or digital), bring your character board, etc. and take us on the journey with you. Even if you don’t write, but you love to read come check out raw work from passionate writers and give your input! What do you want to read in a novel? This group is for anyone living in and around Kitsap county who likes to paint, socialize, get creative, and have fun!  Since Meetups are about getting together offline...this is not a group for someone that resides too far outside Kitsap and/or unable to travel the distance to attend. 

The 2-3 hour group acrylic painting events (and some longer weekend workshops) are held primarily in Kitsap county and Edmonds at bars, restaurants, wineries, yacht clubs, and some unique venues, and are a fun way to meet new people, learn something new...and create a piece of art to take home.

Welcome to **WineBudz** – a "no-wine-snobs-allowed" group in Kitsap County and beyond. Whether you’re brand new to the vine or a ripened enthusiast, you will find a warm and welcoming atmosphere here. We will offer several events every month at venues all over Kitsap County, from Poulsbo to Silverdale, Bremerton & places beyond. Group Guidelines: 1- We are an inclusive community of homeschooling families from all walks of life and have come to homeschool for a variety or reasons and following a variety of methods. Respecting each other and all walks of life. 2- Let's continue to be one of the most polite fieldtrip groups! Remember to pay attention to tour guides, and act according to the rules of the establishment. 3- Please change your RSVP at least 48 hours in advance (unless there is a last minute sickness/emergency). Folks that organize events put forth a lot of time and energy into making an event great. 4- Events are not drop-off unless specified. 5-Please pay attention to event refund policies. Most times there is a deadline for fieldtrips and special events. 6-Dues - dues are $10 per family and are paid every 6 months in April and November. There is a minimum of 2 months free trial, and there are waivers allowed as we do not want to see anyone not join over dues. 7-Attendance - Participation is KEY!!!! Members are requested to attend at least one event every three months. Also, members are encouraged to host and organize events. When many members organize and host events it helps ensure that there are activities that members want in times and locations they can attend. It helps make the calendar full and members active. 8-Profile Picture - Please try to have a clear picture of you, the parent, it helps members to locate one another.

This might be the only chance we have to locally experience the Northern Lights, and I want to make the most of it! For anyone wanting to get closer to the open sky and share this experience with new people, let's meet at the Gold Creek Trailhead at 10pm and hike up to watch them.

There needs to be a community for 20 and 30 year olds who have settled in Kitsap to hang out, be active, and make friends. I plan to post mainly hiking events but I'll occasionally post other sporty and outdoor activities. Let me know if you're interested in helping me run events or if you have any ideas for locations and activities! Make sure to read through event information to prepare for hikes and to determine if you meet the suggested experience/fitness level. Dog park overwhelming you and your baby? Meet up here with other shy, traumatized, or poorly socialized dogs of all ages for walks, play groups, etc.

In our culture of isolation, it's so important to help your dog get the social time they need. Many rescue dogs experience PTSD-like symptoms, with various triggers such as noise, movement, people, other dogs, and many others. Whether your dog needs to learn to be more comfortable around other dogs and people, or simply prefers a calmer, more controlled environment than the local dog park to hang out with friends, the goal of this Meetup is to form an ad hoc "pack" where more timid dogs can learn to feel safe again.

Meet local Pagans, Wiccans, Witches, Druids and other practitioners of Paganist spirituality and religion! Come to a Pagans Meetup to make friends, share lore and exchange knowledge about spells, witchcraft and magic.  As we are ecumenical any rites are kept general.  We respect truth, honor, and wisdom.  This is a chance for us to meet others of like minds. To at the very least have others to share our holidays with, we have had the opportunity to become a community to grow and learn with. We have grown into a very eclectic group, learning from one another and helping each other grow in their own spirituality. I feel privileged knowing each member. We may all walk different paths, but we are in the same forest.

We live in such a beautiful part of the country, and our group is about helping us get out, enjoy and explore it ... and make friends along the way! We are based on the Kitsap Peninsula, Mason, Kitsap and Jefferson Counties. We primarily plan events in these areas and in Olympic National Park. Plus occasionally in the Cascades to the East, North, South and beyond.
