Networking Night in Toronto
Toronto, ON
Welcome to the group! We're happy that you're a part of our growing community. Networking Night in Toronto is part of the JELLY Social network, which has held hundreds of professional networking events across the GTA for the past several years. The JELLY network actually has an overall community 3500+ members, which you can tap into at our networking events.
What is JELLY Social? JELLY Social is a non-profit organization that operates under a core belief; a community that collaborates together, succeeds together. Did you know that professionals with 20 or more peers in their network that they can reach out to for support are 75% more likely to succeed than those with less than 20 peers? Why? It's because of the network effect! The more peers that we can turn to, the more likely we are to get the specific support we need to succeed - this is always true, regardless of whether we're entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, or students. But why stop at just 20 peers...imagine what you could achieve with THOUSANDS of local entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs supporting you! This is exactly why JELLY Social is here.
We host our popular monthly networking events with Jelly Social in Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Downtown Toronto, so that you can also have an opportunity to tap into the community in-person. The events follow a semi-structured format, so that you can always expect a consistent experience:
First 30 min: Facilitated Networking (our team of volunteers personally connect you with other guests)
Next 30 min: Open Mic (we'll invite some guests to do a short intro for the crowd)
Final 60 min: Open Networking (you network while we get you connected with everyone else in the room)
The best place to keep up-to-date on all of our upcoming events is via our website: http://jellysocial.ca/jellyevents/
We are always happy to work with other community partners, so please feel free to send us a message to see how we might bring the Jelly Social community to your organization or school.

Whole Child Network

The Whole Child Network is a non-profit resource support network founded in 2009 with a goal to connect parents, caregivers, educational and health professionals and all others interested in supporting the wellbeing of highly sensitive young people.
MISSION
The mission of the Whole Child Network is: To educate, empower and support sensitive young people to transcend labels, limitations and circumstances to live healthy, vibrant and balanced lives.
Sensitive young people are children and youths who often experience a heightened response from their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual environments. They typically encounter conditions which involve: - Allergies and Sensitivities (eg. Food, Environmental, Electromagnetic) - Learning and Behaviour Issues (eg. ADD/ADHD, ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder)
We aim to accomplish our mission by: - providing a resource and support network to connect parents, caregivers, teachers and coaches of sensitive children and youths. - offering products, services, resources and tools which support and create balance for young people at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. - creating a safe, positive, supportive and nurturing environment for sensitive young people to connect, learn, and grow and to express themselves with clarity and authenticity.
We invite parents, caregivers, educational and health professionals and all other stakeholders who wish to make a positive contribution to the wellbeing of sensitive young people to join us to grow this network.
