Would you like to get started in property investing? Perhaps you would like to meet like-minded people in the property industry? Welcome to the All-New Bristol Property Networking event. This is a face-to-face, interactive property networking meeting to help you learn and keep you connected with all things property in Bristol. Our new structure for 2023 aims to make this your go-to face-to-face event. We plan plenty of networking and various opportunities to connect throughout the evening, speakers with great informative presentations, and the chance to promote your business too. What is the Bristol Property Network Event? A friendly, interactive, supportive and positive space where you can learn more about property investing and business know-how. Whether you are a property newbie, an experienced property investor, landlord, or property service provider, you will be very welcome. We focus on sharing property knowledge, business tips, and building up the all-important property investor mindset to help you be successful in your property journey. Why should you attend? Property investing can be lonely and confusing at times, so our event gives you the opportunity to grow your network and meet like-minded people who can help you achieve your property goals. So … who can you speak with who will share a similar interest and help you with your journey? Who can help you navigate through the uncertainty of 2023 into 2024? This is where your Bristol Property Network can help, by giving you networking opportunities to connect with like-minded people. Attending a supportive networking event with lots of property people can really help you with your property journey. You will get some top tips to help save you time, money, minimize any risks and get results faster. Regardless of your experience, you can meet new people and grow your network in a warm and friendly environment. Meet your Power Team! As well as learning and connecting with people, we also offer the opportunity to meet property service providers across the area. These providers may form part of your ‘power team’ such as agents or architects and experienced investors who can help. We will give everyone the opportunity to introduce themselves and let us know how they can help or what help they need. We will also be organizing a monthly social in the legendary Womanby St to check out any free gigs there. If you are unable to join an event to which you have RSVP'd and there is a limit on the number of guests please remove your name from the list to allow other people to attend the event. Northavon Speakers Club - Bristol Toastmasters

Filton, E6

Northavon Speakers Club - Bristol Toastmasters
North Avon Speakers is a fun, friendly public speaking club. We usually meet every first and third Thursday of the month at BAWA Filton. Meetings start at 7:30pm and finish by 9:30pm. We generally usually have between 20 and 25 people attending a meeting. Currently we are usually having the first Thursday of the month as a Hybrid meeting, that's in person and online via Zoom at the same time, with the 3rd Thursday of the month as a in person only meeting. Having both types of meetings available is probably generally a good idea, (but hybrid does need time before the meeting to set up well!) You are welcome to join and come along as a guest, a member, or even back as a former member. Generally we would give a guest three meetings to attend for free, before we would like them to join the club if they haven't already. It is in your interest to join and be a member, because then you can do speeches and take part in meeting roles. Also the costs to be a member is very reasonable for what you get! North Avon Speakers Club is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit worldwide network of 12,500 clubs with over 260,000 members spread across 116 countries. To visit the Toastmasters International website: [http://www.toastmasters.org/](http://www.toastmasters.org/) Update: I believe at least one club is in around 144 countries now! North Avon Speakers Club was chartered in 1992, and we celebrated our 30th Anniversary in 2022! North Avon Speakers Club is also the founding club of three other clubs, one of which was in Wales back in the 1990's, and in the past few years, our club has also founded a club in Bath, but also a Bristol Central club as well. Why join a public speaking club? • To overcome a fear of public speaking or just build confidence when presenting to an audience • To prepare for a specific event such as a wedding speech or an important presentation • To develop effective communication and leadership skills that are valuable in many areas of life • It’s also a great way to meet new and interesting people – we’re a pretty sociable bunch! Contact us If you have any questions, feel free to contact one of the organisers of this group, or just send an email to northavontm@gmail.com
