We are an active San Mateo area chapter of BNI, the world's largest business referral organization. BNI stands for Business Network International. We're a group of local business owners who meet weekly to help one another promote and grow our businesses through word-of-mouth advertising and bonafide business referrals. Essentially, we are a team of sales people for one another. If referrals are an important part of your business, then this is the group for you. One advantage BNI has over other networking groups is that we only allow ONE representative from each profession to join, so that we are not in direct competition with one another. We meet every Wednesday for lunch (hence, the name of the group!), and visitors are always welcome to check us out*. Be sure to bring plenty of business cards! Please just let us know when you'd like to come so that we can make sure the restaurant can accommodate everyone.
