We meet to network and learn from each other. The best part is that there are no membership fees. We are a true FREE real estate networking and educational group. Most meetings will have a short presentation, and then it is open discussions and networking. We lend money to investors and do not have education material to sell so don't worry about a sales pitch if you come. Each Happy Hour is a relaxed and comfortable setting with knowledgeable people and topics. If you have property to sell or services to provide you will get a chance to share it with the group. We look forward to meeting you and maybe having a cocktail while we talk about Grand Junction real estate.

The purpose of the meetup is to create a community of people who are interested in thinking outside the traditional western medicine box. The majority of meetups are educational in purpose, but there is occasional networking and social events as well. We start with an up-beat or insperational quote or thought. We originally started this group November 2010. We'll meet weekly and have a value added webinar once a month featuring business building topics. Weekly each business owner will have a minute or two to promote their business, promotions, special events etc. Other than the monthly webinar week, we'll have a business owner do a presentation and details about their business. Bring business cards for the card book and any promotional material you have for your business. You'll always be able to promote any up coming non-profit/organizational events. We encourage weekly 1 on 1's with others from the group. Our referrals are based on friendships. Come and make some friends and see how you and your business will benefit.
