This  networking group is free to attend with the purpose of bringing real estate entrepreneurs , wholesalers, rehabbers, agents and RE businesses both Seasoned or New together. Full time investors Brad Popp, Beth Fasnacht, will be leading the group once a month. We want to create an atmosphere that creates accountability to goals setting, networking, deal structuring, financing and more. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming meetings~!

We are a mix of innovators, technologists, entrepreneurs, and professionals, from Alpharetta, Georgia and the surrounding area, who are taking advantage of after-work happy hours in a relaxed but professional environment.

We haven't hosted structured events yet -- but we might in the future -- so far our events are simply an opportunity to mingle, exchange business cards, get to know each other, and catch up.  Members should try to greet and exchange business cards with everyone at the meetup. 

We have "come as you are" event, no need to dress up in your best attire...come as you are from your office or home office.  Be friendly and pay it forward. 

Generally, group-wide emails are restricted to only announcing our events.  If you're a local member, please feel free to post your resume or any other notice on the message board.

Learn how to wholesale properties, as well as learn creative and advanced transaction strategies for acquiring properties, collaborate with other investors on ways of finding and analyzing properties, create a referral network, both buyers and sellers,  and work with people who are interested in learning this business as well as meet current investors who are successful with proven track records in RE Investing..

This group is designed to offer networking and learning opportunities to women small business owners and employees in the Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. Our meetings typically will be held in Gwinnett, but you do NOT have to be a Gwinnett resident to join. And more and more we find ourselves branching out to many cities, not only in Gwinnett as our membership base grows! We are poised to hit 2,000 members in 2019!! 

We will have a networking and informational component during each event, designed to help you grow your business. We welcome any business in any stage, from those who have an idea in the back of your mind, to those getting ready to hit your first Million in revenue.
