Local Area Marketing & Networking Group-Penrith & Lower Mtns
Penrith, au
Our events are designed to educate, inspire collaboration, mentor, build relationships, encourage valid referrals, build skills and personal growth.
We always put people first by creating a sense of community - whether you are an established business or a start-up. Our newest members get presentation priority - because we want to learn more about their business passion and explore potential opportunities.
Our events run both online and face-to-face in Greater Western Sydney. We are based at Baulkham Hills (Norwest Business Park), Parramatta, Penrith, Glenbrook and Springwood.
Regardless of where you are, it's easy to access our online events. We encourage members to move through our physical groups too - we hope to resume face-to-face meetings shortly.
To ensure a consistent experience, all our networking events (including online) have an identical formula. Business Primers (60 seconds each), 10-minute member Business INSIGHTS and 20 minute Keynotes are standard features. Online we use virtual meetings rooms for private person-to-person discussions.
Each month a group hosts a component of our Small Business Knowledge Program. The program covers Sales & Marketing, Business Sustainability & Profitability and legal Issues for small business owners.
In response to the pandemic business disruption, the Group created a unique Business Health Insulation program to help Group members successfully transition Covid-19 impacts into the future. The objective is: Keeping Business Sustainable, Adaptable and Ultimately Prosperous. It is adaptable to any extended crisis including bushfires, floods, drought, heatwaves etc.).
Recent topics include: Maintaining Motivation and Focus; Mental Health Awareness; Managing Personal Pain. Digital First Aid (including cyber security); ATO & Service NSW business support; How to Migrate your Business to an Online Platform; Business Contingency Planning.
The Group also introduced another "first" via a small business/home business cyber crime insurance policy for its members.
There are no Group membership joining fees either. Members pay a meeting attendance fee to attend their chosen sessions. ($7.50 online per person. Face-to-face fees $20).
Of course, we have amazing members too, willing to share their knowledge, experiences and camaraderie, which is one of several components that makes our groups so unique.
You can register for our events exclusively on Eventbrite. https://localareamktg.link/penrith-networking-march
